Like most small businesses, Emma’s Macarons has been going through it this summer and as of late. If I’m being transparent, I have been mentally clocked out for some time now. I was scrolling through my feed last night and remembered what it was like baking macarons and taking photos from my home kitchen. It was fun but now it feels like a chore. So I decided in order to mitigate this feeling, I will be making some changes to our menu. Soon, we will no longer be offering 12-13 flavors. Instead, we will try what I used to do - weekly flavor offerings. I figured this way it will keep you guys interested and hopefully return the next week to try out the new flavors. So with that being said, starting Monday 8/12, we will offer 6 new flavors for you to choose from. We will still have our regular rotation flavors in the mean time until they sell out. This may or may not be a permanent thing but I hope this will be something you all look forward to every week. We thank you so much for your support, kindness and appreciation while we keep our heads above water.
