Coming soon to Urban Bakery — French-inspired linen sourdough bags, lined in cotton twill and available in a beautiful selection of colors and patterns.

This Thanksgiving, We’re Doing Something Different at Urban Bakery.

This year, we want to make sure there is a seat at the table for some very special people in our community.

On Thanksgiving Day, Urban Bakery will be serving a complimentary Thanksgiving dinner for seniors age 65 and older and veterans of any age.

We’ re putting this out EARLY because we need your help finding the people who may need this most.

Maybe it’s an elderly neighbor who lives alone.
A veteran who doesn’t have family nearby.
A senior who might otherwise spend Thanksgiving by themselves.

Sometimes the people who need an invitation the most are the ones who would never ask.

Please help us spread the word. Share this with a pastor, church, friend, senior citizen center, veterans organization, or anyone who may know someone who could use a warm meal and a place to belong this Thanksgiving.

We also have brochures available at Urban Bakery if you would like to pick some up and help us get them into the hands of people in our community.

Reservations are required and complimentary tickets are limited. There is absolutely no charge for their meal. Please call 580-291-0288 in advance to reserve a seat.

This Friday we’re bringing a little taste of the Gulf Coast to Walters with our Gulf of Mexico caught Shrimp Po’ Boys!

Crispy Cajun-seasoned shrimp piled onto toasted French bread with shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles and our house-made remoulade.

And the pastry case will be filled with French favorites:

Made completely from scratch — starting with our own French bread, then topped with our house pizza sauce, mozzarella, Italian sausage and pepperoni.

We make them here, freeze them, and you take them home to bake whenever you need an easy dinner.

Available Friday in our freezer at Urban Bakery.

Because sometimes dinner just needs to be really good…and really easy. ❤️
