Grown In Grace Homestead is a small acreage near Walnut Grove, MN. I am a registered cottage food producer and have been baking since childhood as my mother was also a cottage food producer. I have been growing and preserving food for over 30 years and am a 2nd year beekeeper. I sell honey, jams & jellies as well as other home canned goods, farm fresh free range eggs, custom cakes and cupcakes, breads, pies and cookies as well as many more homemade baked goods. I take pride in ensuring my products are made following state guidelines.

This weeks bakes included:
3 dozen cupcakes for Natalie’s 20th birthday. She had salted caramel, strawberry with pink lemonade frosting and red velvet with vanilla buttercream.
150 cupcakes for Austin and Kirby’s wedding. They had cookie and cream and Reese’s cupcakes.
A birthday party for the “Queen” with white cake and 2 dozen chocolate cupcakes.

A 1/4 sheet gluten free vanilla cake for Joe.
A 1/3 sheet mock angelfood for Teresa’s 80th birthday.
A cupcake cross with chocolate and vanilla cupcakes for Savannah’s baptism.

Bakes for the week included:
A 1/2 sheet mock angelfood to celebrate one year in business at Angel’s Boutique .
One dozen chocolate cupcakes, one dozen lemon cupcakes, one dozen red velvet cupcakes and 3 dozen salted caramel cupcakes. These were for a bridal shower and a birthday.
A 2 layer vanilla cake with raspberry filling decorated for a cars theme birthday (his mama added the topper) and one dozen chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter frosting.

The weeks bakes.
A chocolate layer 6 inch for a 2nd birthday party.
Gluten free mocho cakes to celebrate a 22nd anniversary.

A busy week of bakes.
1 dozen mocho cakes, a dozen mini Bundt cakes 6each of salted caramel dark chocolate and lemon strawberry. There was also a dozen cinnamon rolls that I forgot to take pictures of.
A 3 layer 6 inch lemon wedding cake with lemon buttercream. I did this in a simple design as the bride was using her grandparents wedding cake topper. This also included 15 dozen cupcakes decorated in white, bright pink, orange and yellow. Flavors were vanilla, lemon and red velvet.
Another wedding that had a chocolate 2 layer cake with chocolate frosting. Also 33 dozen cupcakes. Flavors were chocolate, vanilla, marble, snickerdoodle, chocolate chip and strawberry pink lemonade.
A 6 inch 2 layer strawberry birthday cake for Brynnley. (A girl after my own heart with so many favorites she couldn’t pick one theme)😉Her mama talked her down to 2 which turned into a kitty on one side and a unicorn on the other.

A smash cake just frosted white for a 1st birthday photo shoot. Mama was adding a topper.
A 1st birthday smash cake for JD with a golf theme and 3 dozen cupcakes. Cookie and cream, salted caramel and raspberry white chocolate.
1 dozen decorated cookies for Tucker’s 1st birthday in a cowboy theme.

Bridal shower cookies and assorted cupcakes.
Baptism cookies and a marble cross cake.
A 68th anniversary 1/2 sheet marble cake.

Last weeks bakes:
A fox cupcake cake with chocolate chip cupcakes and cream cheese frosting, a chicken cupcake cake and a dozen cupcakes vanilla with cream cheese frosting, and 6 dozen cupcakes in shades of purple chocolate and vanilla with cream cheese frosting and buttercream frosting.

2 dozen cupcakes included chocolate, salted caramel, lemon and red velvet.
1 dozen mocho cakes.
A 6 inch 2 layer German chocolate cake with game of thrones theme.
A 8 inch 2 layer red velvet with gold accents. Customer added decorations later.
A August Christmas party for the Runck family with mock angelfood cake and 4 gluten free Reese’s cupcakes.
A 40th anniversary party for Mark and Jan with a mock angelfood cake and a marble cake.
