One of my favorite things about fall baking is the smell! Apples, pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Some of my favorite smells. Bring back memories and yummy flavors!

Happy fall y'all! Can't believe it is September 1st! I am so glad the hot weather is done. Now on to fall, hopefully a nice long one.

In honor of fall, back to school, and hunting season opening; we are going to break out the hot case for morning grab and go food! We will have breakfast burritos, Wampus sandwiches (breakfast), breakfast bowls, and biscuits and gravy. We may also add a few scones and cinnamon rolls to the case to warm up.

This will start Thursday, September 3rd. And we will open at 730 am to make it easier for everyone needing to grab something earlier.

Earlier open days Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday only!

Stop in and grab a goodies or breakfast on your way to work or school!

Only a couple more days to get our August flavors! Come.see us at the store in Wallowa the next few days until they are gone or the in Joseph on Saturday, August 29th.

Flavors that will be leaving are s'mores scones, white chocolate macadamia nut scones, garlic scape and carmelized onion scones, circus animal cookies.

Here we go!

Swing on down to the Wallowa County Farmers Market in Joseph today (9am to 2 pm) to grab your goodies!

We have our signature Sourdough Sandwich Bread and our Chocolate Chip cookies, as well as some classics like our Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls.

We also came stocked with a variety of scones (addicting), hand pies (drool worthy), Cowboy Cookies, and so much more.

And our newest flock additions are finally laying, which means farm fresh eggs are now available.
