We will have breakfast and case items as well as samples to taste of flavored sourdough-lemon curd, honey butter, and berries & cream!

We also have potato salad to go. And last day for triple chocolate and pepper, bacon, Gouda scones!

Anything in the case half off from 10-11 only.

We will be closing at 11 am so get here early.

Saturday May 30th we will be open only from 8-11 am. We will have breakfast and case items only that day. And it will be the last day for May flavors! Half price any items left in the case from 10-11 am only. We will have some samples for June flavors ready too. So pop in from 8-11 am and see us!

Thank you to everyone who has made the last two months such a joy and success! We are so excited to be providing baked goods, breakfast, and lunch to the community and those who stop by our little storefront in Wallowa. And those who came to see us at the first County Farmer's Market .

For those who may not yet know but remember us from the market last year, Ashley and I combined Laurel and Pine LLC and Whispering Lilac Farm into one new venture of Bigfoot Bakery LLC and Mercantile. You can find us at many farmers markets as well as our storefront in Wallowa, Oregon.

We had a very busy week this week, making 3 cakes being busy in the store, and prepping for the market. We were delighted to make cakes for Imbler National Honor Society induction as well as a birthday cake for a boy honoring his grandpa.❤️

We also sold almost 16 dozen sourdough cinnamon rolls in the last week!

Prep for the farmers market is a little easier this year since we have our own commercial kitchen so we look forward to bringing lots of goodies to the market in addition to our main stays of sourdough bread, scones, and cookies.

And don't forget to grab your fresh hot dog and hamburger buns for Memorial weekend! We sold out at the market but will have more Monday at the bakery!

We’re so excited to be working with Kimi and Ashley — they are absolutely wonderful people, and we couldn’t be happier to bring fresh greens into such a warm and welcoming little spot in town.

Starting this morning, we’ll be stocking fresh small-batch deliveries every Thursday, including:

🥬 NOx Mix
