Weekly subscribers get first dibs on Monday afternoon pickups 💛

For Wallace pickups, order by Tuesday at noon and get your bread on Wednesday!

And we now have a spot in the Couer d’Alene area! This Thursday, get some Silver Valley Sourdough at Laura Denning in Dalton Gardens at 5976 N. Mt Carrol St.

Our soft sandwich loaves are made with 100% organic flour (including a dash of organic spelt!), honey, butter, and entirely naturally leavened with our sourdough starter. They are the most finicky item I bake, they always look a little different each week…but they are a fan FAVORITE! Super fluffy, a hint of sweetness, a little tangy, and totally delicious. Message me to up your bread game the Wallace way 😉
