So I just wanted to explain a little bit of what I do when I want to develop a new cheesecake flavor. Of course it starts with an idea, either my own or a customer. So the first thing I have to determine because I do things the Radad’s way, is whether or not a particular flavor cheesecake can be done my signature way. If I think a particular flavor will work then I will make a prototype cheesecake to take to work. My work family definitely does not mind me using them in this way!!LOL! This way I can get upwards of a dozen or more different people to try it and give me feedback. So today I made a prototype cheesecake flavor that I will be bringing to work Friday to get everyone’s feedback. Keep in mind I have to do this months in advance before I can actually add a cheesecake flavor to the menu. I would personally like to thank Doughty Cooley who suggested last Christmas that I make a Little Debbie Cheesecake. So the photo here is AI generated I will take my own picture of the real deal after I decorate it tomorrow. And then I will keep y’all posted as to whether or not I need to tweak it or whether it’s definitely going on the menu this holiday season.
