We celebrated my niece’s 5th birthday today and I was asked if I could do Disney princess themed Cakesicles. She loves her princesses so I made 16 with 4 different ones in mind. This was so much fun and I love how they turned out, and boy was she happy!! The blue was Elsa not Cinderella.

Another addition to the line up for Blueberry Festival!! Blueberry Fruit Pastry!! Yes it’s those fancy fruit pastries like you see on the TikTok 😋 These are coated in white chocolate and filled with a stable mousse, blueberry-lemon cake and blueberry filling. They pack a crunch on the outside with a soft and delicious inside. Get them while they last!!

Another Successful event happened yesterday!! Up north Women of Faith was an amazing event packed with over 300 women from around the state! It was such a blessing to not only attend but to also be a vendor here. I had brought some of my homemade Macarons and Truffles and some non-food items as well. The Macaron flavors featured here were: Lavender Honey, Raspberry,Strawberry, Dubai, Chocolate Truffle and Salted Caramel. I also had Truffles filled with a dairy-free ganache, Raspberry compote and Boston cream. They were a hit!! I will be continuing with these flavors and others in future!!
