Owner/Operator Kristie Anderson is a third generation baker with a passion for baking, candy making, and home canning. She is the Grand-daughter of Don Burke who opened Burke's Bakery in Cavalier after serving in the Navy on the USS Enterprise in WWII.

Who's ready to eat? You can find us tomorrow at the Grafton’s Food Truck Park . My plan is to be setup and serving from 12pm until 4pm, possibly longer if need to. We may even be open sooner if everything is ready by then. I am excited and cannot wait to serve Grafton. See you soon.
