Kaitlin and Dylan Skaggs along with an amazing team of bakers and front shop staff at Pacific Sourdough Bakery, sell fresh baked breads and pastries in Waldport Oregon. We create natural leavened sourdough breads, delicious pastries and specialty desserts, all made from scratch. All of the breads and pastries are handmade in small batches. They contain no preservatives, artificial ingredients or hydrogenated oils. We use sustainable northwest grown wheat flours, organic nuts, spices, and seeds, locally made butter and the best fruits of the season. We care very much that you have good bread to eat! Founded by Katie McNeil and Mike Smith. Kaitlin Skaggs and an amazing team of bakers and shop staff at Pacific Sourdough, sell fresh baked breads and pastries in Waldport Oregon. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays 10-3. Shoppers will find a wide variety of handcrafted Pacific Sourdough breads and specialty pastries baked fresh that day (often still warm from the oven!) and can enjoy the seasonal offerings and inspirations of the bakers.

Remember our Christmas star the Buche de Noel?? Thanksgiving this year will headline with a fall version of the Christmas staple, a Harvest log! A whole pumpkin swiss roll decked out to represent the end of a season with all the warmth of fall spices and colors of the deciduous trees we affiliate with this time of year. 🍁🍂
