Kaitlin and Dylan Skaggs along with an amazing team of bakers and front shop staff at Pacific Sourdough Bakery, sell fresh baked breads and pastries in Waldport Oregon. We create natural leavened sourdough breads, delicious pastries and specialty desserts, all made from scratch. All of the breads and pastries are handmade in small batches. They contain no preservatives, artificial ingredients or h

ydrogenated oils. We use sustainable northwest grown wheat flours, organic nuts, spices, and seeds, locally made butter and the best fruits of the season. We care very much that you have good bread to eat! Founded by Katie McNeil and Mike Smith. Kaitlin Skaggs and an amazing team of bakers and shop staff at Pacific Sourdough, sell fresh baked breads and pastries in Waldport Oregon. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays 10-3. Shoppers will find a wide variety of handcrafted Pacific Sourdough breads and specialty pastries baked fresh that day (often still warm from the oven!) and can enjoy the seasonal offerings and inspirations of the bakers.

Now that we are finally into the "BER" months, let's talk 2026 holidays.
September 10 th 11th and 12th we will be closed for end of summer maintenance.

October 31st (Halloween) closed (Open 10-3 Thursday 10/29 and Friday 10/30)

Thanksgiving week we will be open for preorder pickups only, on Wednesday 11/25 10-2
(PRE-ORDERS will open November 1st)

Christmas week we will be open for preorder pickups only, on Thursday 12/24 10-2
(PRE-ORDERS will open November 29th)

Christmas Eve will be our last day open until Thursday February 4th 2027.

I bit bigger than our usual weekly cakes, but these beauties have three delicious layers of house made lemon curd, hands picked black berries and lemon cake, covered in a perfectly balanced lemon swiss meringue buttercream!
