German Apple Cake for Football Sunday with Friends. This cake is loaded with chunks of granny smith apples and chopped pecans. Frosting is a cinnamon cream cheese with some candied pecans and salted caramel between the layers and some thin sliced granny smiths and salted caramel on top.

Black Forest Cake: Almond flavored cherry filling along with brandied chantilly cream and sliced almonds, layered with two light and fluffy layers of chocolate cake with just a hint of brandy mixed into them as well. Peaches and Cream. Two layers of homemade sponge cake with chantilly cream, toasted almonds, and peach preserves between the layers. Topped with home jarred peaches and more chantilly cream. Layers of sponge cake have an amaretto liqueur mix soaked into the cake layers.
This cake is truly amazing. It takes me to the tropics, you can taste every single flavor in this cake. From the key lime to the coconut cream, right down to the rum, it really is paradise in a cake or a jar for that matter. Cake jars will be for sale with this one. $8 a jar, message me if you want one or a few, there wont be many.
First test run of the Coconut Key Lime Rum Cake. Letting the frosting sit up a bit in the fridge before tasting later.

When you go to a 4th of July party, you have to take a cake. Red velvet, vanilla and almond layers with a cool whip butter cream icing and strawberries in between the layers.
Another Banana Pudding cake out the door today. This one is going up on the auction block for the Potomac Heights VFD&EMS Aux Bake Sale Auction that starts this evening. It's on facebook, so go check out their page and place a bid.
