Let's talk Baking Emulsions! Have you tried baking with them, did you like them? I just started using these after watching some baking shows. Wow!!! These are so much nicer than your standard extracts. Why am I just now finding out about this?!
These Emulsions are water based and so your flavor doesn't evaporate like your alcohol based extracts do. They are a little thicker, but you use the same amount you would for extracts and the flavor turns out so much better. If you haven't tried these, I highly recommend it, this brand carries all kinds of flavors.
