Risharpening is back open and ready to help you with all your sharpening needs!

Risharpening will be implementing new business hours moving forward. This change is being made to create a healthier work-life balance for myself and my family.
In addition to running this business, I work over 40+ hours a week at Electric Boat. I’m also a husband, a father to a 2-year-old, and we’re excited to be welcoming another baby boy soon. As life continues to get busier, it’s important for me to make sure I’m present for my family while still providing quality service to my customers.

New Business Hours:
Tuesdays: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Focused on completing smaller orders.
Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Primary sharpening day, allowing for a higher volume of orders to be completed.

Customers are welcome to drop off items at the Sharp Shack throughout the week. However, please note that all orders will only be worked on during the scheduled business hours listed above. Once your order is completed, it will be placed in the drop box, and you will be notified when it is ready for pickup.

I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. Risharpening remains committed to delivering the same level of care and craftsmanship you’ve come to expect—just within an updated schedule.
