Dear Valued Retail Customer,
As we start 2026, we want to take a moment to thank you sincerely for your support and loyalty over the years, and to share some important news about Just In Time Treats.
Just In Time Treats has been proudly owned and operated by us, Tammy and Jack Drahus, since we formed the company as an LLC in 2016. Building this business around Tammy’s passion and family legacy as pie bakers has been a deeply rewarding journey, made possible by customers like you.
The time has now come for us to begin a new chapter—retirement.
Over the past year, we explored opportunities to transition the business to new ownership so that the Just In Time Treats legacy could continue. Unfortunately, those efforts were not successful. Combined with the upcoming expiration of our building lease, we have made the difficult decision to close Just In Time Treats effective January 31, 2026.
Our final day of operation will be Saturday, January 16, 2026.
While this decision comes with a sense of sadness, it is also filled with pride and gratitude. We are incredibly thankful for the relationships we have built and for the opportunity to share our products with you over the years.
