While my business is small and growing, I do want to (very publicly) declare Savory Nibbles an Apartheid Free Zone.

What does this mean?

The genocide going on in Gaza and the West Bank is disgusting. I'm small, I only did three events this past year to start building my business, and I'm looking to grow, which makes it even more prevalent I state how against the IDF and Israel's handlings and takeover of Palestine.

"What have you done outside of making a post?" I've called all of my representatives in North Carolina, calling for a ceasefire. I've utilized BDS' list of boycottable companies. And while I'm nervous to speak out with family on refraining from breaking the boycott, I'd rather in my lifetime see Palestinian's be free than ethnically wiped.

"Why is this page now political?"
Savory Nibbles was *founded* on politics. As an agender trans masc, I founded this bakery on a whim to cater as a future safe space for qu**rs of any age. One man's plight does not mean I can allow my own grief and strife to withhold my holding others accountable for inflicting harm on others, simply for their skin tone.

This birthday cake came out amazingly well!

A commission for a friend, they wanted otters, bears, and gore, oh my! It was so much fun, as I never get to often do cakes like this.

I'll be vending at this fall's Push Durham and planning on doing Italian sandwiches, the Green Goddess is making another debut, as well as my chai tea cookies (I've refined the recipe further and now they're potent), and frosted brownies with fall sprinkles!
