Every chapter asks something of you.

Sometimes it asks you to grow.
Sometimes it asks you to let go.

Every move has cost me something.
And every move has freed me.

I’ve shed quite a bit along the way — things, illusions, expectations, old versions of myself.
And each time I leave, I live a little lighter.

Turns out you don’t need much when you know who you are.

Needing less.
Learning more.

So grateful to .hays.reid and her family for opening their home and giving me a generous place to land, breathe, and find my rhythm again — the kind of space where shared meals, easy and hard conversations, and small moments make you feel at home. That kind of kindness stays with you.

Thank you to .0 for welcoming me into your kitchen — for the trust, a momentary home for my donuts, and the quiet reminder that food (and the people around it) is where I feel most myself.

This little town, with all its quiet magic, gave me exactly what I needed for an important chapter.
Now it’s time to keep moving — with clarity, gratitude, and a full heart.

Happy D Day, everyone!

I am banned from making D’Onut’s by my landlord. So I made some at my friend’s side yard. More on this story will be covered on my next podcast. 🫣Donut miss it!

And I made some today at home, too. They were baked and awful. Because real donuts are fried. That’s their magic. 🪄✨
