This week we are serving up house made egg salad with local farm fresh eggs, garden fresh chives, mayo and white wine mustard with a hint of paprika and salt and pepper. Served lightly toasted on our house made rye bread and topped with fresh leaf lettuce and prosciutto. Paired with a spear and cupcake.
