•two tiered wedding cake: layers of sage, cardamom + orange cake brushed with orange syrup and filled with browned butter buttercream. exterior designed with candied oranges and fresh sage leaves from ms linda’s garden.
•pig shaped sugar cookies-the brides favorite from her childhood days of visiting the @wahoo_bakery
•traditional tiramisu: espresso soaked lady fingers topped with italian mascarpone cream, @callebautchocolate cocoa powder, shaved chocolate and chocolate covered espresso bean.
•peach melba: graham cracker crust filled with raspberry juice reduction + fresh peaches from the local lion’s club. topped with slivered almonds and fresh mint sprig from ms linda’s garden.
•hand painted french macarons in key lime pie and salted caramel.
•rosemary shortbread tart filled with lemon curd and topped with toasted meringue and a fresh sugared rosemary sprig from ms linda’s garden.
