Hey y’all!! Happy Monday!

I know I haven’t been posting a lot- I’ve taken a temporary job to help fund some projects that need doing around the house.

I’m still baking, just not every day (for now).

Happy New Year, y’all!!! Thank you all for making 2025 amazing- thank you for being patient while I attended culinary school. 2026 is going to be exciting, and I can’t wait to create your dream cake.

My most recent cake is so life like, you’ll be doing a double take! IS IT CAKE?!

No, dummy, it’s a bowl of an awesome gluten free dessert. Vanilla ice cream and cinnamon chex mix. (It’s an old family recipe. You’re welcome)

Strawberry pie, anyone?!? JUST KIDDING, it’s cake!! This was so fun to make!

🥧 dairy free white cake with strawberries in the middle and iced with dairy free buttercream. The red coating is freeze dried strawberries and butter cookies that were pulverized together.
