This 3 layer White Vanilla 8 inch round was an adventure! The inspiration photo was all fondant so I needed to get a little creative with molding chocolate and textuted buttercream.

Last week I was rushing to finish up orders and then needed to cut off an entire layer of fluff and start again because I had a color in the wrong place.
After a new crumb coat this little smash cake turned out almost perfect.

I started "blooming" this red buttercream 6 days ago to get it just the right shade without accidentally creating that waxy store frosting taste that would have taken away from the dreamy Prosecco flavor.
