We want to sincerely apologize for a recent incident at O My Cakes and More. Unfortunately, one of our employees mistakenly sold a non-gluten-free cookie to a customer who specifically requested a gluten-free option. We are deeply sorry for any discomfort or harm this may have caused.

We take this matter very seriously and are taking immediate steps to prevent such incidents from happening again. We are intensifying our employee training programs to ensure that all staff members are well-versed in identifying and handling gluten-free products correctly.

We understand the importance of clear labeling, and we urge all customers to check for the "GF" label on products to ensure they are indeed gluten-free. Additionally, if there are any doubts or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask our staff for clarification or, if needed, request to speak directly with management.
