Sneak peek #3!

Scones 😍 we brought back a large selection of scones this week. Flavors include-

Sneak peek at what’s coming this Friday 😍 *NEW* garden fresh roasted poblano and cheddar sourdough! Delicious sourdough with all the cheesy goodness and a kick.

Homemade granola will be making an appearance as well. Slow roasted oats with pecans, almonds, coconut flakes, and a hint of maple.

Holy tomatoes 😳 the farm stand will be open tomorrow at 10am with fresh eggs, a variety of heirloom and hybrid tomatoes, and fresh peppers (jalapeños, poblano, Anaheim, and Thai chili). Fresh herbs available upon request (basil, oregano, mint, lemon balm, and rosemary).

*NEW* farm stand soft opening September 4th, 5th and 6th!

We took a step back from the stand this summer to enjoy some much needed family time and focus on the garden. While the down time was great, we are excited to see you all again!

In the meantime, we have been canning up a storm, preserving fresh herbs for a new variety of herb salts, and testing new recipes. A few new fall recipes will be making their first appearance.

What breads/cookies/scones/mini cakes would you like to see on the farm stand? Please comment or message your requests and I will add requested items to the preorder sale.

We are excited to share the new farm stand is here! While there is still quite a bit of work to complete our vision of “The Fox Den”, we couldn’t wait to share with you all. We will plan a soft opening in the near future❤️

*Garden update*

The tomato and pepper plants are overloaded! We are close to being able to offer produce on the farm stand. There is currently an over abundance of herbs ready to go! If you’d like fresh dill, basil, oregano, cilantro, rosemary, or lemon balm, please send a message (cute mini rooster not included). With the heat, the ladies have slowed down laying. I will not have eggs on the stand on the weekends until production picks back up. In the meantime, please message if you’d like some eggs and I will set them out for pickup.

We over baked this week! (84 total loaves 😬). The final batch of products are on the stand, and we will be open tonight until 9pm. Come out and stock up your freezer, as we will not be open again for another month. Thank you to all that have already stopped out in this heat❤️

Sourdough cinnamon rolls are out on the stand. Sold in 4 packs or single jumbo rolls (enough for 2 people!). The stand is also fully loaded with fresh baked goodies, fresh herbs, seasonings, and fresh eggs. There is road construction, but our road is open and fully accessible! 15267 670th St, Wabasha.
