Our sourdough loaves are large. But it doesn’t have to go to waste. Slice your loaf, layer in waxed paper, tuck the slices back in the bag your sourdough came in, and stash those slices in the freezer. You can toast or microwave your sourdough slices right out of the freezer. Loaves can be frozen whole too. We changed to these bags to make storing your sourdough easier.
