Kiki's Kitchen My name is Gloria Anselmo. I'm a full blooded Italian girl who loves to cook! “Kiki” is a nickname my mother gave me as a little girl. Buon Appetito!

This site is dedicated to her memory. She taught me to love to cook and work in the kitchen, always keeping our Italian traditions alive, and passing it on to my children and future generations. I grew up spending most of my life in an Italian community and spending my summers in Italy! The food in Italy is unbelievable, full of fresh flavors! I enjoy taking classes and learning from the great Non

na’s of a generation gone by bringing back to life the art of cooking and feeding family and friends. I am following in my mother’s footsteps of cooking simple, fresh, and rustic food, by using the freshest, seasonal ingredients and allowing their flavors to come alive. These recipes and classes teach you to become connected with your food, knowing where it comes from and what is put into each recipe. They are healthy and fresh, and most of all, delicious!
