Hi all, I regret to inform you that I will be closed until the 15th of October. Which means there will be no BL Quality Meats restock this upcoming Thursday, no bread at VALI COFFEE on Friday, and no Bread Stand on Saturday the 10th. ☹️

After my event yesterday as we headed to the car, I took a really hard fall which resulted in a low-grade concussion and a hurt shoulder and collarbone. I am ok—thank the good Lord—but I am down for the count and am praying my very sore shoulder is nothing major.

I am sad to upset anyone who was looking forward to bread this week or visiting the bread stand this upcoming Saturday. Especially since it is my birthday weekend and I was excited for the menu I was offering. 🥹

I will be back ((Lord willing)) the week of the 12th, hopefully rested and healed 100% so I can continue stocking BL Quality meats and my other retail partners.

This week at BOLS ✨🥖🍪🥯

275 loaves in 1 week was a new record that feels unreal to type out. 😭 Couldn’t do it without the help of my assistant(s) and my husband.

Ended the week singing my heart out to Jo Dee Messina at Boots In The Park in Fresno. This 90’s baby who grew up singing her songs was so happy!

My heart is so full after a very busy but very blessed week. Thank you for being here 🤎

We’re entering my favorite time of the year and I’m so excited to see you guys soon at a few upcoming events!
Things to note:
✨fresh bread is delivered to BL Quality Meats every single Thursday by opening at 9am
✨no bread being dropped on Friday, 9/11 at Vali coffee. I am closed that week to prep for my sourdough classes!
✨ next Bread Stand will be in October. September is a busy month so there was only one bread stand this month!
