I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who took the time to read my post, reach out, leave a kind word, or simply take a moment to understand what we’re going through. ❤️

Sometimes running a small business can feel incredibly lonely and overwhelming, especially when you pour your heart, your time, your money, and so much of yourself into something you truly love. There are days when I question everything and wonder if all the hard work is enough.

But then someone says something kind, stops in, places an order, shares a post, or reminds me why I started in the first place. And those little things mean MORE than you probably realize. 🥹❤️

I’m going to keep trying. I’m going to keep showing up, keep working hard, and keep doing everything I can to make The Sugar Shack something our community can be proud of.

I’m choosing to stay positive, even on the days when it’s hard. I truly believe that sometimes you just have to keep going and hope that brighter days are ahead. ❤️

Thank you for reminding me that we’re not alone. Thank you for the encouragement, the kindness, and for believing in our little business. We appreciate every single one of you more than you know. 🫶🏼

Here’s to keeping our heads up, keeping our doors open, and continuing to fight for something we love. ❤️

💛 A VERY HONEST SMALL BUSINESS POST…

I honestly don’t know how else to say this, so I’m just going to be real with you.

Small business has been really, really hard lately. Our weekday sales have slowed down dramatically, and as much as we continue to work, create, change things, add new menus and specials, and pour our hearts into The Sugar Shack… we need more people walking through our doors.

We LOVE what we do. We love our customers. We love being part of this community. But the reality is, a small business cannot stay open without customers.

So today, we’re asking for your help. ❤️
