I own and operate my Bakery in Germantown, MD under Maryland's Cottage Food Law. It’s the nickname of a small section of central Pennsylvania where I grew up. To be honest, it is more of a mindset then an actual place. The people still wave at you on the street, the barber on Main Street is still closed on Sunday, and the air is always tinged with the smell of a warm oven. I have lived everywhere

from New England to California and have yet to find a place that makes me feel the way Happy Valley does. For me, baking is about spreading that feeling of Happy Valley to everyone, and I can always see a glimpse of home in people after that first bite. Welcome to Happy Valley Baking. Our Story

Happy Valley. It’s the nickname of a small section of central Pennsylvania where I grew up. To be honest, it is more of a mindset then an actual place. I have lived everywhere from New England to California and have yet to find a place that makes me feel the way Happy Valley does. For me, baking is about spreading that feeling of Happy Valley to everyone, and I can always see a glimpse of home in people after that first bite.

I graduated from The Art Institute of California with my Baking & Pastry degree, I am ServSafe Certified, Food Allergy Certified and have worked within my field for over 10 years!
