For The Love Of Cake - The Original I am the owner of For The Love Of Cake! I am a military spouse and mother of 3! I have been baking for almost 6 years now and absolutely love what I do!

Who is popping mamas? In short, we are poppin mamas, two friends who decided one day to practice cake pop making for our children's birthday parties. After a few batches, we realized, we are actually pretty good at this, and it was fun. So what was just for parties turned in to a regular hobby, and then one day people were asking to purchase our pops. Thus, poppin mamas was formed. Who are we on those rare days we're not making pops? Julanne Strobbe is a 26 year-old mother of 2 little girls and wife of a sailor. Originally from New Jersey, she moved to Virgnia as a little girl and has since been a resident of the kempsville area. When she's not making pops she's a student and a stay at home mom. Robin Maciejewski is a 28 year-old mother of one little girl, and wife of a sailor. She was born and raised in Norfolk, va where she still lives. She's been a child care provider for 9 years and currently provides child care in her home when she's not making pops.
