I hope everyone is enjoying the holidays and preparing for the new year that is upon us. I would like to say thank you for all of you who continuously support my boys and I and have kept our family’s little bagel shop alive for so many years.

Brooklyn Bagels has been my absolute pride and joy for almost seven years and I have appreciated the loyalty and community driven love that have provided the strength and dedication needed throughout. However, after much consideration, I am choosing now to explore other opportunities that have presented themselves and have decided to sell Brooklyn Bagels.

If you or someone you know is interested, please message me privately to discuss. This decision has been difficult but I am excited to see what this new chapter will bring to the boys and me and look forward to seeing continued success in this shop for someone new.

Wishing all of you a healthy and happy new year and thank you to everyone for all you have done for the boys and me.

We are ready for a big weekend ahead and look forward to seeing our favorite faces! Just a reminder…our bagels are made fresh daily. The process is lengthy and labor intensive. Proofing dough is timely. When we sell out, it’s not because we purposely want to read all of the horrible reviews from those who leave because we are out. It’s because of supply and demand. It’s a thing. Actually. When we are wiped out by those who come early, it’s because we’re that good and those who know…know. So…please do not get upset at 1:30 pm that your favorite bagel is not there or not fresh enough. It’s because we close at 2:00. HOWEVER, we open at 7:00 and would love to see you then!! When we’re out of dough, there is no MO!! Until the next morning! We love our customers and can’t wait to see you this weekend!
