Your daughter wants a fairy cake for her birthday party. The other daughter wants hungry caterpillar macarons.
Cake was GF chocolate with chocolate chips, strawberry compote filling, vanilla buttercream.
Macarons were 3 different flavors- vanilla French buttercream, chocolate ganache, and dark chocolate strawberry.

This next theme is what marked off the rest of the firsts this week 😂

First time doing black buttercream ✅
First time doing stripes on a cake ✅
First time doing cake drip ✅
First time using my "glow under blacklight" colors ✅✅

This one was so much fun to work with! I love doing new things, and I was super excited to try out my new glow in the dark colors 🥳

The new Beetlejuice movie comes out September 6th, 2024, so if you plan on watching it and want some treats, I can definitely hook you up ⚰️ 💀
Or, you know, anything in October, or 80s/90s, bowling themes...

This week was a week of firsts-
And the starting act- first time making my own cake toppers 🌴🏄

I made and laminated all the things- character, surfboards, leaves 😊

Edible chocolate shells and flowers, golden Oreo sand, vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream.

This (and some cookies I'll post later) was my project for this past weekend 😋😋😋

This is not fondant, I repeat- this is NOT fondant.

What you see is a double chocolate cake (the book) with vanilla buttercream, and on top of that, there is a giant double chocolate cake pop (the brain) covered first in pink vanilla chocolate and then pink buttercream.

So if you like the fondant look but not the fondant taste, there are options ☺️🎂 🍰.

And congrats to the new master's graduate!

Getting ready for St Patrick's Day with a new cookie recipe. They're magically delicious 😋

Today's finished bakes (and then I'm almost finished with Christmas baking 😆)

🦌Reindeer tracks🦌- chocolate base with pecans, chocolate chips, and caramel, stuffed with turtle and caramel cream, topped with milk chocolate and toasted pecans 🤤

If you're a fan of nuts and caramel...this is the choice.

The other picture- I FINALLY remembered to take a picture of the inside of the apple pie cookie. And it's already gone 😋😋😋

Have y'all had trouble finding Christmas Tree Cakes in stores?!?

🎄These cake-flavored cookies are stuffed with a buttercream that has Christmas Tree cakes mixed in, so it really makes the flavor shine through 🎄

🎀Topped with white chocolate, sprinkles, and red drizzle

Yesterday's and today's bakes:

🦌 Rudolph the red-nosed cookie (aka cherry cordial cookie 😋) - with chocolate chips, stuffed with a cherry cordial, topped with melted chocolate and a maraschino cherry.
🧀 Cheesecake sugar cookie- soft cream cheese sugar cookie rolled in graham crackers 🤤

How cute are these sugar gnomes???

All of the gnomes and accessories are made from sugar, fully dissolvable and melt-in-your-mouth. No tooth breakers here.

These little guys can go on Oreos, hot cocoa bombs, pretzels, Rice Krispies, etc.

The other designs (snowman, reindeer, etc) are also made only with chocolate and softer sprinkles (and a pretzel for the 🦌reindeer 🦌 😆)

Designs: almost any holiday design, or just basic with holiday colors, are available
Allergies: all can be made GF, nut free, and egg free. Dark chocolate covered Oreos are dairy free as well.
