POV: We came to the store to shop for orders… and somehow ended up filming an episode of Crocodile Hunter 😭😂

Just another day of me & my husband trying to handle business and being unserious in the process. 😂

This trip was actually all about getting everything I needed to bake orders for my family while we were back home — because around here, family, faith & food are always connected. 🤎

What if the thing God placed in you didn’t start with you? 👀

And what if it isn’t supposed to end with you either?

In another piece of my interview with my uncle, we talk about God being a transgenerational God—how purpose can travel through a family from generation to generation until what God intended finally comes to pass.

Whew. 🔥

Sometimes we’re enjoying fruit from seeds somebody planted YEARS before we got here. And sometimes… we’re the ones planting for somebody we may never meet.

That’s why we can’t grow weary.

The torch has been passed. 🕯️
The question is: What are we going to do with it?

POV: Going “home” for the 4th of July means packing like we’re moving back in 😂🗽❤️

For my family, the 4th has never just been about fireworks. It’s about food, faith, fellowship, and FAMILY. ❤️ It’s loud, it’s full of laughter, somebody’s always in the kitchen, and there’s never a shortage of good food or good vibes.

And THIS year, the packing looked a little different. 👀

Not only were we loading up clothes and everything we needed for the trip back home to NY… but the cookware came. The bakeware came. AND All Dem Sweets had orders to fill! 😂🧁🍪

Being able to bring my gift of baking back home and make something special for the same family that helped shape my love for food in the first place? 🥹 That part meant a little more to me.

If you saw the interview clip I shared recently, this is another piece of that story. ❤️ The stories, the faith, the food, the traditions, the gifts that have been passed down—and the people behind all of it.

A heartfelt thank you to The 757 Creator Club and the amazing Celena Marie | DMV Creator for welcoming All Dem Sweets to such a beautiful gathering of inspiring women. It was an honor to contribute to an event that celebrated connection, creativity, and community.

Some legacies are inherited. Others are built through faith, sacrifice, and generations of hard work.

This summer, I went back to my family’s hometown to document the stories that shaped us. I had the honor of sitting down with my uncle to talk about our family’s legacy—the prayers, the perseverance, the recipes, and the unwavering faith that carried us through every season.

In this clip, he shares a truth that has stayed with me:
“God doesn’t give favor to lazy people.”

The favor on our family didn’t happen by chance. It was cultivated through the strength, determination, and obedience of my grandparents and the generations before us. Their hands built more than recipes—they built a legacy.

This is just the beginning.
