Hey Everyone!

This past month has been so fun and such a whirlwind! I have been so appreciative of all the love and support yall have shown me and all the great feedback has been so amazing to hear! :)

I'm sorry to inform everyone that I am in desperate need of a baking break. I've been tirelessly working at this for the past month on top of all of my other duties (I'm a stay at home, homeschooling mom of 4 so my time is already stretched thin! :) ) and this has quickly become more than I can handle at the moment :) Next week you guys ordered 10 DOZEN cinnamon rolls, 4 dozen cookies, 3 banana breads and 16 muffins! So awesome. But theres just no way I can get to all that in a timely manner, without it taking away from my family. So I need to take a step back and make some decisions on where i'd like to go from here!

Hope you all can understand where i'm coming from! And like I said, so grateful for all the love and support! Thank yall so much!!

This loaf was made with an unfed starter! It bulk fermented on the counter for 4 hours, and only cold proofed for maybe half an hour. Basically I broke every sourdough rule in the book and it still turned out awesome 😋😍 look at that ear!.)

Baking these for my sis in laws bridal shower this morning 😋❤️

Learning lots of new tricks along the way! If you cut your cinnamon rolls into strips and THEN roll them up, it looks prettier and you get alot more of that swirly goodness 😁
