Happy Heavenly Birthday 🎂 to the Patron Saint of Blueberry Cobbler!!! This beautiful woman was never given enough credit for all of her accomplishments and loving ❤️ duty to her family. I wish I had said more and done more to express my love and gratitude for her when she was still here. Her legacy lives on through her Blueberry Cobbler recipe, which is so ironic. Consummate mother, friend, comforter, funny, pretty, intelligent, and endlessly loving are all the things I remember most, but baker, not so much! And yet, it's her recipe that ties my family together: my father and brother with the farm, her recipe, and my cobblers and kits. Thanks, Mom, for a great childhood and for a recipe that is now loved by so many, but none more than me. XOXO 💕

It's not the 4th of July without blueberries! We have an assortment of blueberry baked goods, all freshly baked, some still warm from the oven! I haven't posted in awhile, but I'm still here...just changing things up a bit.
Due to limitations, I have switched from baking under a NJ Cottage Food Permit to renting commercial kitchen space, and now I am licensed with the board of health.
I am now focused on producing dry ingredient baking kits. Currently my cobbler kit has been in demand, and I am developing muffin kits next. I expect to include various cookie kits as well. All will be available online and I will post that information once I have finished the website.
