Today I was able to break out the mini pancake maker and make some loaded mini pancakes for my coworkers! I was so excited I forgot to take pictures of our set up, but did get some pictures of the pancakes! Plain, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, whipped cream and sugar cinnamon dusting and strawberry whipped cream! The options are numerous and the possibilities are endless!!

Tried a new recipe last night and actually remembered to take a picture!! Cherry Pop Tart cookies. So good!!
