Today I was able to break out the mini pancake maker and make some loaded mini pancakes for my coworkers! I was so excited I forgot to take pictures of our set up, but did get some pictures of the pancakes! Plain, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, whipped cream and sugar cinnamon dusting and strawberry whipped cream! The options are numerous and the possibilities are endless!!

Today was my last day in PT! And to celebrate, I made a tasting box! They sampled Brown Butter Bourban Pecan bars, Nutella skillet Brownies, Old Fashion Iced Oatmeal cookies, peanut butter Butterfingers cookies and New York style Chocolate Chip Cookies.
