Top tier is chocolate cake with peanut butter cream filling, middle tier is lemon cake with lemon curd, and bottom tier is strawberry cake with strawberry compote filling.😋😋😋

So glad I was able to put these together for the lunch ladies at FMIS this morning!!!Now for the weekend bakery marathon...

I will be getting some yummy local strawberries to make this cake on May 17th. If you would like to order one ahead as well, message me and I'll have it ready anytime in the window of May 17th-19th.
It will be an 8" round vanilla cake loaded with local strawberries and whipped frosting. I can write or decorate differently on top if requested for no extra cost. $45

It just occurred to me that this week marks 6 months for me and my bakery!!
Holy cannoli!!
It is amazing how much life can change in 6 months!!
This week alone I knocked out 200+ custom cookies, a dessert table, 2 wedding cakes, Birthday cake, cupcakes, and 7 flavors of macs!! All while teaching fulltime during the day!!
I am for sure in a season of burning the candle at both ends, but I also know that it is going to be worth it in the end.
Thank you SO much to all my peeps that continously spread word about Carla's Cakes to others.
I am blessed beyond what I deserve and CANNOT wait to see what the next 6 months hold!!
