We specialize in baked goods, like gourmet cookies, muffins, focaccia, and naturally leveaned sourdough breads. Kelsey is the owner and baker behind The Bake Haus. Since a child, Kelsey has always had an affinity for baking and being in the kitchen. Baking cookies, treats, and breads for family and friends for holidays and events became customary. After decades of refining her techniques and origi

nal recipes, Kelsey began selling locally through social media and officially launched her micro bakery, The Bake Haus, in April of 2024. The Bake Haus is a Cottage Food micro bakery locate and operated in Carver, Minnesota. We specialize in sweet treats, such as gourmet cookies and desserts, as well artisan breads, and naturally leavened sourdough bread. In the summer of 2024, you can find us at the Excelsior Farmers Market every Thursday from June 13th to August 22.

Welcome to The Bake Haus! I am a small micro bakery that is run out of my home in Carver, Minnesota. We officially launched in June of 2024.
