Do you love fresh baked bread and pastries? I have a variety of options with more on the way!
Baguettes, great for dipping, along side charcuterie, or with saucy comfort food- 3 loaves, $10
Sourdough, great for sandwiches or toast, contains some whole wheat- loaf, $10
Focaccia, great as bread sticks, for sandwiches, or along side saucy comfort food- 9x13, $10, add garlic and herbs for $2.
Dilly Bread, my dad’s personal favorite and a recipe my grandma has made for years, great along side any dish, a taste of dill seeds and onion gives this bread an amazing flavor- loaf $10
Ciabatta Bread, my Nana’s personal favorite, this soft bread is great for virtually anything, sandwiches, alongside saucy comfort food, as toast with avocado, or keep it simple with just butter- 2 loaves, $10
Cinnamon Rolls, using my great grandmother’s bread recipe she made every day for her 13 children, this recipe has stood the test of time. Butter, sugar, and cinnamon whipped together in this roll and topped with a maple icing, these cinnamon rolls are uber soft and a sure-fired hit- 1/2 dozen, $15, full dozen, $25. Ask me about adding nuts.
I will be delivering to Woodward/Vici/Seiling on Thursday, Arnett/Shattuck/Gage on Saturday. Deliveries will be accepted until 6:00pm, the night before delivery.
I am also looking at adding cupcakes, muffins, more bread varieties, and cakes to my menu. If that is something you’re interested in, please reach out with any suggestions or thoughts. All my food is homemade and almost totally handmade, as I knead most of my loaves by hand.
