Not only do I like to bake, I really enjoy cooking. If you’re looking for something mostly healthy and yummy in your tummy, here’s what I used (fair warning, I don’t measure anything when i cook):

-Mashed sweet potatoes made with caramelized onions, garlic, butter, and paprika
-Shaved salt and pepper chicken in a balsamic reduction
-Zucchini and spinach sautéed in olive oil, salt, pepper, and A LOT of garlic
-Sliced almonds for some crunchy topping

Even my kids loved it!
