☀️ Summer Stuffed Cookie Flavor! 🏖️

It’s FINALLY warming up in the Burgh which means it’s time to roll out some yummy summer inspired stuffed cookies!!!!

🥥 Crazy Coconut
Back in the line up (and one of my personal favorites!) this cookie is PACKED with summer flavor. Stuffed with a homemade coconut macaron cookie. And we don’t stop there. There is toasted coconut mixed into the dough along with white chocolate chips and the topped with coconut as well!!!!

🍌 Banana Foster
Banana is all the rave right now. So of course I had to come up with a cookie! With banana pudding mix added to the dough along with white chocolate chips and walnuts it’s the softest cookie. Stuffed with a homemade caramelized walnut filling 😋

These will be available starting this afternoon at Liquid Vibes Coffee and I will have them available for Plum Street Saturday Morning Market on 6/13. You can always DM me to place an order as well 😊

Meet a new employee of Confection Creations by Kayla!!

And with that I needed a much bigger mixer to help me mix all the goods. Cutting back on prep time is crucial so I can get the yummy delicious cookies to you faster. What used
To take me an entire day to measure, mix and portion stuffed cookies, is cut down drastically being able to mix all my batches in one single mix instead of needing to do 3 to 4 single batches (per flavor 😅)

📣 This couldn’t have been possible without the endless love and support from my hubby who has let me overtake the entire kitchen 😬 and some of the basement with all my baking gadgets. Also my parents and grandmother who pitched in to help get me the mixer as well. Thank you for always supporting me🫶🏻

Who would’ve ever thought this baking journey would’ve lead me this far. I couldn’t have done it without my support system or my loyal customers! New and to returning!

To watch a young boy the same age as Noah go through such an intense journey pulls at my momma heart strings. I’m glad he’s at home recovering from his surgery with his family. 💜 💜

I loved getting to do these cookies for a family members baby shower. I was a nervous wreck shipping 3 dozen of them to Delaware and praying they would make it in one piece. Thankfully with the excessive bubble wrapping job I did they all survived! Even with the box showing up a little banged up. 🥴
