Happy Sunday morning, there is a process that makes true sourdough bread special. From start to finish it takes 2 days to make and thats due to the fermentation process. The health benefits of this process uses lactic acid bacteria and yeast to break down gluten and phytic acid, resulting in better digestibility, improved mineral absorption, and a lower glycemic index. At Faith and Flour I use quality ingredients like unbleached bread flour that is not enriched. Place your order today or tomorrow for pick up on Wednesday. God bless each of you!

If your curious about how to store your sourdough loaf here are a couple of tips:
1. Store at room temperature for 1-2 day in bread box or paper bag
2. Slice, place in freezer bag, store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
