Today started with Breakfast with the Mayor — another opportunity to meet people from our local community, build new relationships, learn more about what’s happening around us, and introduce more people to what I’m creating.

Building a small business is so much more than baking. It’s about showing up, making connections, supporting our community, finding the right people to collaborate with, and never being afraid to take the next step.

And that’s exactly what I’m doing.

Tatiana Hoge Kitchen is growing — one market, one meeting, one conversation, and one new product at a time. ✨

Meet the Baker Behind Tatiana Hoge Kitchen 🤍

Hello, Treasure Coast! My name is Tatiana, and I’m the founder and baker behind Tatiana Hoge Kitchen.

My story began long before Tatiana Hoge Kitchen was created here in Florida.

I moved from Russia to the United States in 2020, married my wonderful American husband, and started building a completely new life here. But one thing traveled across the ocean with me — my love for baking.

Before moving to America, I spent more than five years working in the confectionery business in Russia, creating custom cakes, pastries, and desserts for birthdays, weddings, celebrations, and special events. 🎂

Today, I’m bringing that experience and passion to my new home on Florida’s Treasure Coast.

Tatiana Hoge Kitchen is growing.
What started as my small local baking business is now moving toward its next chapter. I’m currently working on transitioning into a commercial kitchen, building relationships with local cafés and businesses, and preparing to expand my products into wholesale and distribution.

And through all of this, I’m still here baking for YOU. 🤍

What a beautiful Saturday at the Fort Pierce Farmers Market! ☀️🌴🤍

Today was one of those mornings that reminds me why I love doing what I do. So many smiles, wonderful conversations, familiar faces, new customers — and, of course, lots of fresh homemade treats. 🧁🍌🍰
