What is the difference between gelato and ice cream?

β€’ Gelato has 40% less fat and sugar than ice cream,
β€’ No air in the texture = more flavor
β€’ Made fresh = no preservatives
β€’ 1 small cup = 80 - 100 Kcal
β€’ 1 small cup = 10 - 14 grams of sugar
β€’ No heavy cream, we use organic whole milk
β€’ All Natural ingredients from Italy
