I'm particularly fond of crispy chewy chocolate chip cookies, but it appears that big fluffy chocolate chip cookies have gained popularity recently. I'm interested in knowing whether the majority prefer the fluffy version over the crispy chewy one. Your comments are welcome. For me, a browned butter chocolate chip cookie that's crispy at the bottom and chewy, topped with a sprinkle of sea salt, will always be a favorite. What type of cookie do you prefer?

Good morning !!! Hope everyone is staying warm today! We are pleased to announce that our bakery stand will be open tomorrow. We will offer plain sourdough, cinnamon swirl, walnut cranberry, cinnamon rolls, Hungarian nut roll, muffins, and of course cookies !!!
