Surprise flavor drop, sourdough lovers! 🥳

After the Cabot Alpine Cheddar Sourdough Crackers sold out last weekend, I couldn't resist adding something new to the shelves 🤭 (having fun with flavor combos is my favorite!)

Introducing: Double Sesame Poppyseed Sourdough Crackers!

Loaded with black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, and poppyseeds. These crackers are savory, nutty, and absolutely addictive (trust me, I know. I've eaten all the scraps 🤣) Finished with a sprinkle of flaky Maldon salt, they're perfect for snacking, charcuterie boards, soups, jams, or your favorite cheese spread! (Cabot extra sharp spread is our favorite!)

Freshly baked and headed to the Green Mountain Girl Pantry FCFS Stand tomorrow alongside the return of the fan-favorite Cabot Alpine Cheddar Sourdough Crackers.

This afternoon I mixed up batches of my newest bakery-style sourdough scones, and they're now tucked away for an overnight cold ferment. That slow rest helps build the rich flavor and tender texture that makes sourdough baking so special.

I'll be up at dawn tomorrow baking them fresh for the stand!
