🍪 Important Announcement 🍪

After three wonderful years of making custom cookies for you all, I have decided to take a break from cookies to focus on my husband and kids. Time with my family is incredibly important to me and between having 3 kiddos in 3 different schools, all the kids doing different activities and a husband with a work schedule that rotates every 4 months, I believe it’s the right moment for me to step back from cookies and cherish the beautiful chaos of our life 💕

When I started this business I never expected how quickly it would grow. Your encouragement and loyalty have meant the world to me. I am so thankful for your amazing support over the past three years and it’s been my honor to make cookies for your life’s most special moments.

This isn’t goodbye, just a temporary pause. I look forward to the day when I can return to baking for you all with even more passion and creativity. Thank you for your understanding and support. See you soon!

Cookies to celebrate Gratitude Month ⭐️ while I don’t live in Truckee, I’m very grateful to live so close! My family loves spending summer days at Donner Lake, shopping downtown, getting ice cream from Little Truckee Ice Creamery and Bar of America just so happens to have one of my all time favorite soups, cowboy chili in a bread bowl 🤤

I don’t know Cory but I’m so proud of him! I also love when I get to incorporate God into a cookie set 💛 and while these may just be a cartoon Jesus on a cookie, I think the message they carry is huge! ‘I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me’ - Philippians 4:13

Business Update: Everywhere I’ve gone lately it seems like I’m getting asked the same question “Are you still doing cookies? I haven’t seen you post anything recently.” And the answer is YES! I’ve just taken on a new role as PFA Co-President at Verdi Elementary School and between all the back to school activities and planning/executing the pumpkin patch I haven’t had time to post on here. And if I’m being fully honest, I’m personally not a huge fan of social media anyways, so having to do it for my business can sometimes feel overwhelming to me. I will be taking a couple weeks off to spend some quality time with my family now that the Pumpkin Patch craziness is over but come November 4th I’m ready for all your orders again! Thank you all for your love and support, it was incredible getting to see a bunch of you yesterday as I was running around 💗

Come get your Halloween cookies this Sunday at the Verdi Pumpkin Patch, just look for the pink vendor booth! Unfortunately you’ll miss getting to say hi to me in the booth, I’ll be running around making sure the whole event runs smoothly, but please make sure to tell Mr Sweets & Treats what a wonderful job he’s doing taking care of things! Happy Back 2 School 📚✏️ I know I’m a day late for 99% of Washoe County but school just started today in Verdi due to the fire we’ve had the last couple days. I’m so incredibly thankful to all the firefighters that worked tirelessly to save our town 🚒 ❤️ Wishing everyone a happy and safe 2024-2025 school year!!!
