All Things Sweet are Made with Love
All things sweet are made with love. What began my little adventure into baking was completely and totally by chance. A good friend of mine was having a baby shower, I brought cookies and the next thing I knew everyone I knew and some who I didn’t (but are glad to now) were calling and texting to see if I could make them cookies. I’ve always loved cookies and making royal icing cookies particularly was close to my heart. It wasn’t until the baby shower that I found out that my cookies were a little bit unique in that they were pretty and they taste good, something that according to my friends was not two in the bag. So my adventure began. My friends from all walks of life from Midlothian all the way to Lubbock and even Oklahoma were calling for cookies. All I can say is that I am totally covered in love by the people who surround me and feel incredibly blessed. Because of this I feel like maybe my cookies can bring a little bit of love into your life. A sweet little morsel of kindness, celebration, or welcoming. A sweet way to show your love to the ones that surround and shower you with love like mine have.
