I am out of ribs and dinner items until tomorrow. The ribs and greens have been popular all week. Getting ready to "smoke like a real woman" some baby back ribs.

Tomorrow we will have our greens, potato salad, broccoli salad, yams, and ribs. All of the above will be available in vegan options as well.

Sandwiches: roasted smoked turkey, ham and cheese, "Faux You" tuna, shrimp Po' Boy, Hot link sandwich

Hello Everyone
So sorry I have not updated much recently.

My son Jonathan had a stroke. He was in the hospital for almost a week. He has lost most of his vision at this time, but they are optimistic that through therapy he will begin to regain his sight, hopefully most of it.

Spiced Pumpkin Pie - Made with coconut milk, Dark Spiced Rum $24

Sweet Potato Pie - (Micas Favorite) - Baked yams, secret filling (does contain dairy and egg), and my single malt distilled Irish whisky $24

Pecan Pie - Roasted Pecans in our gooey delicious, not overly sweet filling( made with Smoky Peaty Irish Single Malt Whisky.) Very smooth! $36

Dutch Apple Pie finished with a streusel topping
(A little apple brandy) - $36

We will be rolling in dough today. Literally. By we, I mean me. I'm working solo at the moment. My wonderful summer person is getting ready to begin a new phase in life, college! I'm very proud of her. In the short time I've known her she has come a long way. Go Mackenzie!

Today I will be focused on getting all my pie dough, tart dough, fillings, pastry, desserts, cookies, just everything i need to catch up on.

Feel free to call the store at 206-259-3182. I'm happy to let you know what's coming out of the oven.
