Local home bakery I started baking with my grandmother and mother at a young age. I believe that every student is capable of becoming who ever they desire to be.

I learned how to use recipes and to modify them to fit my desired health kick for the month! Whether it be making it dairy free, gluten free, or just adding a healthy twist with a vegetable, I enjoy making all kinds of sweets. I love making cupcakes, cakes, pies, cookies, brownies, and even attempting various sweets like the challenging macaroons. I am a high school mathematics and engineering tea

cher at a local public school. I enjoy teaching my students and sharing life's experiences with each one of them. Teaching is more than just walking in a classroom and expecting a student to understand, especially in mathematics. I enjoy sharing with my students the various delicious sweet treats randomly, on holidays, and even PI day!

Bowling party's are the best! 🎳

Purple and pink themed vanilla sheet cake with buttercream.

Funny story about this. I was pressed for time due to a mixup...well let's just say I ended up dropping the second layer and was also out of salt....which meant a late night grocery store run. After all the wildness, still turned out great!

Here is to all the bakers with late nights and mix ups.

Dehydrated Sweet Potatoes for some crunchy snacks. 💚 🐕

I have been doing this for the last couple years. My boy loves sweet potatoes and this is simple, clean, and CRUNCHY!

I normally get 2 sweet potatoes in my dehydrator. I use the Magic Mill dehydrator from Amazon.

Temperature: 122F
Time: about 9 hours (depends on size)
Make sure they are fully dried and store in an airtight container with a dry pack.
