Being nominated alone is a huge achievement and honor 🥲 Best of Clark County is one of the region’s most recognized community‑voted awards, organized annually by The Columbian newspaper.

Clark County is home to a vibrant and competitive bakery scene, with dozens of beloved local shops serving everything from classic pastries to artisan breads. This nomination is especially meaningful because plant‑based bakeries are still rare in the county, making this recognition a powerful moment for vegan food culture in Southwest Washington!! 👏

A little over a year ago, was just a childhood dream 💭 a long-winded, delusional dream to be honest.

We started with the idea of serving plant based foods at events we hosted for our first business. Included in the ticket price and totally optional, we served our community at nature gatherings/workshops for four years!!

From Beaverton, OR back to our hometown of Vancouver, the gears started turning and the delusional dream didn’t seem so foggy anymore.

Vancouver, WA is now home to exactly TWO fully vegan bakeries (there’s just one other that’s also gluten free). Literally right across the state lines from the vegan capital of the country?!?! (hello, Portland 👋🏼)

We quickly found ourselves fitting right into the foodie community, filling a space that was empty just last year.

Vancouver - you’ve shown up in ways we didn’t expect but definitely delusionally dreamed about 🥲 thank you for being here 🫶🏼🧡
