So for my final "Revel" order, I had the honor to create a special request from my friend Bethany Noelle Broadbent for her finance's (John Schuch) 30th birthday. Combine 2 of his favorite desserts: Chef Gabriel Rucker's (from Le Pigeon) Foie Gras Profiteroles and mini cupcakes. What do you get? A vanilla bean cupcake filled with salted foie gras butter caramel, with foie gras buttercream and dusted with foie powder and shaved chocolate. Chef Rucker and his Pastry Chef helped me with advice and ingredients. Awesome experience! Thank you Bethany and John!

A beautiful red velvet cupcake filled with white chocolate cream cheese, topped with liqueur kissed white chocolate buttercream, and adorned with shaved white chocolate and red velvet crumb.
