Russell's Bread Established in 2004, Russell’s Bread makes quality artisan hearth breads baked in a wood-fired brick oven constructed by Russell, the baker.

We also have a mobile wood fired pizza oven that we bring to local farmer’s markets around Vancouver and Portland. Our products are delicious and freshly produced at our Vancouver bakery. Come visit us at the markets (see Events) or call for a bakery tour!

Russell's Bread currently sets up stalls at three markets each week: Thurs 3 - 7 pm at Portland's Northwest Farmers Market (NW 19th & Everett), and Saturdays in two locations, Vancouver Farmers Market (9 am - 3 pm; just NW of 6th & Esther in downtown Vancouver) and St Johns Farmers Market (9 am - 2 pm; corner of Lombard & Philadelphia in North Portland). Russell's pizza oven is also at the free Six-to-Sunset Concerts in Esther Short Park, Vanc on Thursday evenings through August (except 8/22)
