I made a Father’s Day cookie.
It’s called “The Dunlap”
You wanna know why it’s called the Dunlap?
Because it dun lapped over the belt.

Chocolate crinkle cookie stuffed with chocolate cake and homemade chocolate ganache.
This elastic waist snapper weighs over 13 ounces, give or take… Depends on how much cake or ganache I stuffed in this bad boy!

What an incredible two days at Makers Market in Quincy, Illinois! Fawn + Tieraney
I am absolutely blown away by the kindness and support from the Quincy community. From the amazing customers to the talented artists and makers, incredible food, and live music it was truly one of those weekends that reminds you why you do this.
A huge thank you to:
Fawn Fawn, for asking me year after year to come to this market and never giving up on me. You were right, it was worth every mile.
Tiffany for being the best road-trip wingman, and helping me throughout the weekend.
Platt Daddy BBQ for the ridiculously good food, those unforgettable Brussels sprouts, and sweet tea!
I’m so grateful I finally made the trip.

Meet Princess Consuela Banana Hammock 🍌

A banana pudding cookie rolled in a Nilla wafer crumb crust and packed with all the nostalgic banana pudding goodness your heart could ever want.
Named after the legendary Phoebe Buffay from Friends, who was given the opportunity to choose any name in the world and somehow landed on the absolute masterpiece that is Princess Consuela Banana Hammock.
And let me just say... this cookie is AMAZING. Not to pat myself on the back or anything, but if I were a customer, I’d be buying one immediately.

She’ll be making her debut this weekend at Makers Market in Quincy, Illinois. Come see what all the fuss is about.

I was filling ingredient bins this morning and went to label one with the date when I realized today’s date is 6-7.
Now, I have absolutely no idea what “6-7” is supposed to mean, but I can hear my teenage daughter saying it over and over in my head, so apparently it’s a thing.
And if this post made you say “six-seven” in your head, welcome to my current situation.
