Pictured here is my Spelt Sourdough loaf, made with Organic Spelt + Bread flour.

Spelt is similar to a wheat flour & adds a nice subtle nutty flavor. 😋

Another employee added to the payroll here at Doolys Dough.

Just kidding. I don’t have payroll but I do have a new to me piece of equipment that I am way more excited about than you guys will be, but I can’t help it. 👏

Fridge space has been my bottle neck for a while and the old grey one was the first upgrade purchase I made for the bakery 4 years ago, so this is a milestone to get a large capacity fridge & to reflect on how far I’ve come 😭🤗

Giving you one last chance to pre order a blueberry lemon loaf.

I keep this as a seasonal item, because blueberries are perfect when they are in season.
My pre order menu closes at 4pm today.

If you miss it, you can hopefully catch one at the Farmers Market 8/15 which will be the last time I have them until next June. 🍋🫐
